Who Are We

Health Care Foundation is a Government Registered Trust, NGO ID is WB/2020/0263658.Established Since 2019 – Over 6 Years of Experience. The last six years, we have been providing our health services to the public through various health camps in the heart of West Bengal. Currently, our main mission is to form a healthy society. More than 1,200 volunteers, more than 45 doctors and more than 70 nurses are associated with us across West Bengal. Our endeavor is to reach every remote places of rural and semi urban locality to aware marginalized people about HEALTH CONSIOUSNESS.

Our mission is to support marginalized and vulnerable populations, making sure that everyone can access the healthcare and resources they need, no matter their background, income, or where they live. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to be healthy and have a good quality of life. By providing free clinics, health education, and support services, we work hard to remove the barriers that prevent people from getting the help they need. We want to create a fairer world where health and wellness are available to everyone, so no one is left behind. Every person matters, and together we can make a positive change in our communities.

Swasthya Bandhu Clinic is a patient-centered healthcare clinic dedicated to providing affordable, reliable, and compassionate medical services to individuals and families. Door to Door servey

Health Care Foundation conducts door-to-door medical surveys to understand the overall health condition of families within the community. This initiative helps identify common health issues, existing medical needs, and gaps in healthcare access, enabling us to provide timely and effective support.

Mobile Health Camp

To improve healthcare access in underserved regions, Health Care Foundation organizes Mobile Health Camps in rural areas, bringing essential medical services directly to villages. These camps are designed to reach populations with limited access to hospitals and clinics, ensuring timely medical care and health awareness.

we are committed to making quality healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone. To reduce the financial burden on patients, we offer up to 25% discount on medicines and pathological tests as part of our patient welfare initiatives.

Our Patient Care Unit is dedicated to supporting patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. We provide timely assistance, guidance, and continuous follow-up to ensure comfort, safety, and recovery. our Public Relationship Officers (PROs) actively track each patient’s health condition,
